Redgwell Construction provided building and project management services for the addition and renovation to this large 3 storey family villa in Remuera. Remaining largely faithful to the original form, the new extension included a new kitchen, living area, new slate roofing and sun room rolling out to a large landscaped garden and heated pool. The new wing also required digging out the basement under existing 2 storey dwelling in order to create a garage, laundry and lift.
